YA!!!!!!! lots of people i know have blond hair. They have black hair dyed under the blond. like in the roots of the hair you cant see. like the underneath. you can only see it when up! :)

I've seen blondes with black ends. Hillary Duff did it a year or 2 ago. I don't think it's in style anymore.
