You may want to go with some long layers first, keeping your length. Then you can try something a bit different and so on. Baby steps if your scared. Keep it long, but go for a long gypsy shag - it's fun and cute, has layers that go from top to bottom - easy to pull up and off the face when it's too hot - but keep it long - or the shag will be too short in places and you'll hate it.

cut YOUR HAIR IN LAYERS AND CURL THE TIPS OUT. ALSO CUT YOUR BANGS A LITTLE ABOVE YOUR NOSE BUT NOT TO SHORT.If you don't like that put your bangs to one side.oh and try STRAGHTNING your hair so the layers can stand out.

hairfinder.com..but i wouldnt depend on the net. check out hairstyle magazines. They have a shiz load of them at walmart and lots of other places. Oh, and when you DO decide to change the style. You should really make sure you have a good hairstylist. There are some tricky ones who like to make you think they rock at doing hair but really they suck. Maybe ask around or something. :)
