My guess would be that you've got someone who is stuck in the past. Maybe the 80's were a great time for him and he's trying to hold onto it any way he can. Seems kinda weird to me though.

They fluffy head look sucks!!! I don't know how people can leave the house looking like they don' shower!!! That's just my opinion!!!
